[The intoxication syndrome in suppurative-septic diseases]

Based on an analysis of examination and treatment of 408 patients with pyo-septic diseases of different localizations the authors attach great importance to the intoxication syndrome. Great part in its appearance is played by mixed microflora and state of immune deficiency. Three stages of intoxication are established. Recommendations are given for complex treatment of the patients. Lethality was reduced to 4.41%.
