Purpose of the Study:

  • To analyze VpreB and lambda-like gene expression in CVI patients.
  • To investigate the potential role of SLC expression in CVI pathogenesis.

  • Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to examine gene expression in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs).
  • Bone marrow cells were analyzed using antibody staining (mu and kappa) with the avidin-biotin complex method.
  • Comparison with findings in lambda 5-gene-deleted mice models.
