Summary

This study validates a method for measuring 6 beta-hydroxycortisol (6 beta-OHF) in urine, establishing reference ranges and demonstrating its stability. An early morning urine sample is sufficient for assessing the 6 beta-OHF to urinary free cortisol ratio.
