Abstract:
A 61-year-old man was seen with an hyperplasia of the right caruncle and a conjunctival tumor localized under the left caruncle. Excision indicated a sebaceous benign origin. The patient suffered of a sicca syndrome with chronic inflammation of the conjunctiva.
