Background:

Observation:

  • The patient exhibited a unique pattern of multiple bilateral renal abscesses.
  • The excretory pathway of the kidneys remained functionally normal despite the abscesses.

  • The patient was treated with percutaneous drainage and systemic antifungal medications.
