Background:

Cranial fasciitis is an uncommon variant of nodular fasciitis.
This benign condition presents with features that can be mistaken for sarcoma, primarily in young males.
It characteristically affects the skull bones, exhibiting rapid growth.

Observation:

The case presented as a post-auricular mass.
This represents the first reported instance of cranial fasciitis in Pakistan.
Prior to this report, only 17 cases had been documented globally by 1992.

Findings:

Accurate diagnosis and complete surgical excision are identified as the cornerstone of effective management.
The condition, despite its concerning appearance, has a favorable prognosis.
