[A new culture medium for growing yeast]

A new nutrient medium for growing Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast has been developed using geothermal waters as the mineral source. These waters makes it possible to obtain a complete nutrient medium by adding only ammonium hydroorthophosphate. Such a medium also ensures the recovery of biomass with high biotechnological properties.
