Summary

Researchers cloned a rat gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) receptor cDNA, identifying a longer 5' noncoding region and a new 3' flanking sequence. These findings suggest diverse mechanisms regulate GnRH receptor expression in the rat pituitary.
