Observation:

A case of primary malignant mesenchymoma of the urinary bladder in a 72-year-old male is presented.
The tumor exhibited a predominant leiomyosarcomatous component.
Foci of malignant bone, cartilage, and myxomatous tissue were observed.

Findings:

The tumor displayed a complex histological composition.
Leiomyosarcoma was the main component, with heterologous malignant elements.

Implications:

Thorough histological examination of multiple tumor sections is crucial for accurate diagnosis of rare bladder neoplasms.
Understanding the diverse histological components is vital for appropriate patient management and prognosis.
