Hot-loop test for the determination of carbon dioxide production from glucose by lactic acid bacteria
Applied and Environmental Microbiology
|June 1, 1976
Abstract:
A hot-loop test was found to be more rapid, convenient, and reliable for the detection of carbon dioxide production than were conventional methods such as displacement of agar plugs and precipitation in barium hydroxide.
