  • Coronal short repetition time (RT) and echo time (ET) sequences were utilized for measurements of extraocular muscles and optic nerves.

  • Abnormal findings in extraocular muscles were identified in 8 out of 10 patients, correlating well with clinical observations.
  • Optic nerve deviation was observed in 5 patients.
  • Quantitative measurements of extraocular muscle diameters revealed differences between diseased and normal eyes.
