[Errors in establishing the blood group by the ABO system using hemagglutinating sera and monoclonal antibodies]

The authors have analyzed the blood group primary ascertainment results in 13,044 examined persons with the help of hemagglutinating serums and in 6257--with the help of monoclonal antibodies. There were find out 198 (1.5%) and 137 (2.2%) mistakes accordingly, committed due to the infringement of blood group ascertainment procedure instructions.
