[Adrenal gland adenoma sensitive to renin]

Aldosterone-producing adenomas responsive to renin are an extremely rare subgroup of primary hyperaldosteronism and raise some diagnostic problems. In reference to the presentation of one case, some theoretical considerations regarding diagnosis are made.
