    • After two years of continuous melphalan therapy, there was no observed deterioration in the patient's clinical status.
    • Radiographic findings and pulmonary function tests remained stable throughout the two-year follow-up period.

    • Melphalan may offer a stable therapeutic option for diffuse multifocal carcinoid tumors.
    • This case highlights the importance of multidisciplinary evaluation for rare tumors.
