At its inception, the disease may be among the hardest neurologic disorders to recognize. Other problems may arise later, both from the disease and from its treatment. Indeed, adverse drug effects range from orthostatic hypotension to drug-induced dyskinesias and psychiatric disorders. For many such difficulties, clinical experience can offer practical suggestions.
