- The infant's mother had no prior history of SLE.
- Initial diagnosis was congenital self-healing histiocytosis.

- The case presented features strongly supporting a diagnosis of neonatal lupus erythematosus (NLE).
- This case represents the first reported instance of NLE in Thailand.
