Abstract:
The results of analysis of the diagnosis disjunction in 544 (17.2%) operated children, revealed for the period of 10 years, were adduced. The differential diagnosis mistakes of an acute appendicitis versus the other surgical pathology of abdominal cavity and retroperitoneal space were stipulated by objective (the peritonitis existence) and subjective (insufficient examination of the patient) reasons.
