Summary
H-2 specific T suppressor inducer (Tsfi) and T suppressor effector (Tsfe) factors inhibit mixed lymphocyte responses (MLR). Stabilized Tsfi and Tsfe retained inhibitory function for months and possess T cell receptor alpha chain, I-J, and IL-10 epitopes.
