Summary

Oxaprozin, a nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID), has been linked to rare cases of severe liver injury. This study reports the first instance of oxaprozin-induced fulminant hepatic failure, emphasizing the need for liver function monitoring during NSAID therapy.
