Summary

Ungated lithotripsy showed a 21% incidence of arrhythmias, mostly benign and reversible with gating. This technique with the Medstone device appears safe when monitoring guidelines are followed.

  • Prospective review of 82 patients undergoing ungated outpatient lithotripsy on a mobile Medstone 1050 STS lithotriptor.
