Summary

Orthodontic treatment for Class II malocclusion showed minimal differences across short, average, and long facial types. Post-treatment changes were largely similar, suggesting no special retention needs based on facial morphology.

    • Observed differences in specific parameters between facial types do not warrant specialized retention protocols.
    • Individual variation in treatment response is significant, irrespective of facial type.
