Hemorrhage into large hepatic cysts can occur and may be treated conservatively. This case demonstrates a benign outcome for spontaneous bleeding in a non-parasitic liver cyst, resolving with conservative management.

  • Spontaneous hemorrhage into a large hepatic cyst occurred in this patient.
  • Conservative treatment led to complete symptom resolution.
  • No recurrence or complications were noted during a 2-year follow-up period.
