    • The affected incisors were vital but had a poor prognosis.

    • Surgical removal of the incisors and the lesion was performed.
    • Histological examination confirmed the diagnosis as periapical cemental dysplasia.

    • Accurate histological diagnosis is crucial for differentiating periapical cemental dysplasia from other periapical pathologies.
    • This case underscores the importance of considering less common diagnoses even with a history suggestive of more frequent conditions.
