[Intervention on growth: neuromuscular interception]

Since the existence of orthodontic therapy, clinicians do try to improve maxillo-facial growth. Now even today, clinicians and researchers are still trying to get the orthopedic therapy as a significant tool in the daily practice. In this paper we will look at the basic knowledge of the neuromuscular functions of the oral sphere; and when we can intercept a deficient neuro-muscular function to avoid the disturbance of the normally planned growth.
