[Functional bandages in postoperative treatment of ligamentous rupture fractures of finger joints]

Postoperative fixation after adaptive osteosynthesis of ligament-bearing avulsion--fractures of finger joints is often connected to long during after--treatment followed by impairment of mobility. The possibility of using functional dressings to secure the suture and early--functional after--treatment will be shown by presenting clinical case reports.
