Abstract:
A case of an implant-retained maxillary prosthesis is described where, despite preoperative planning, functional and adaptive problems requiring further treatment occurred. An acceptable solution was achieved with the use of linked buccal and palatal gingival masks. A technique for obtaining an impression of the bridge, abutments and residual ridge without removing the prosthesis is described.
