  • Fine needle aspiration biopsy (FNAB) was performed.

  • CT revealed bilateral solid renal masses.
  • Angiography showed no tumoral vessels in the right renal artery.
  • FNAB yielded a false-negative result on the left side.
  • Histology confirmed cystic RCC on the right and multinodular RCC on the left.
