[Fractures of the lower leg treated with the Ilizarov method]

Abstract:
We had 32 patients with leg's fractures treated by Ilizarov method. These of fractures were multifragmentar, unstabily and open fractures with Decolman of soft tissue. Four cases were without damage of skin. 28 patients were with damage of skin. 21 patients had plastic-surgical treatment. Fractures were treated bz Ilizarov method with four of two rings. Treatment were finished in all cases during of period of 6 months to 10 months. Age of these patients were between 30 to 85 years.
