[The etiopathogenesis of uveitis]

A review of the different etiopathological classification of uveitis is presented. In our present stage of knowledge an exhaustive classification is almost impossible. This is due to the fact that any microorganism foreign body or pathological process which can produce a general inflammation is able to cause an uveitis.
