Summary

Occupational mercury (Hg) vapor exposure may impact thyroid hormone conversion, slightly increasing free thyroxine (free T4) and decreasing free triiodothyronine (free T3). Other endocrine functions, like testosterone and cortisol, showed no significant changes in exposed workers.
