[A case of Fournier's disease (author's transl)]

The authors present a case of overwhelming gangrene of the cutaneous covering of the external genital organs, of erysipelatous appearance with hemolytic streptococci. Symptomatic treatment, then recovering with a thin graft enabled recovery with an adequate plastic result.
