Summary

This study assigns complementation groups for 74 moderately UV-sensitive Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell mutants, nearing completion of a large mutant collection. Findings reveal similarities to highly sensitive mutants and identify a unique UV mutant group (CG6).
