Abstract:
Phytochemical investigation of the aerial parts of Phagnalon sinaicum Bor. Kn. yielded thymol, three thymol derivatives, in addition to dammadienyl acetate, squalene and phytol. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic methods, m.p. and Co-TLC.
