1Klinik für Geburtshilfe und Frauenheilkunde Palacky Universität, Olomouc, Tschechische Republik.
Abstract:
Paravaginal cysts are relatively infrequent developmental anomalies. Mostly the Gaertner's cysts are found, which arise from the remnants of the Gaertner's duct. These cysts are often accompanied by other developmental anomalies of the uropoetic and genital tract. A distinct group is formed by to two syndromes of combined urogenital anomalies: Herlyn-Werner syndrome and Wunderlich syndrome. Seven cases of these syndromes were diagnosed and successfully treated at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Olomouc.
