Summary

Occupational exposure to 2,3,7,8-Tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin (TCDD) can lead to elevated coproporphyrin levels, indicating potential secondary coproporphyrinuria. However, TCDD concentration in adipose tissue did not correlate with porphyrin levels in chemical industry workers.
