Abstract:
This article is one in a constructive series about how dental laboratories and dentists interact. It is aimed toward improving functional relationships to serve the public better. Readers are encouraged to respond in writing about our laboratory series. All members of our professions, including dental laboratory owners, dental technicians and dentists, are invited to participate. Articles in this series are published simultaneously in General Dentistry, journal of the Academy of General Dentistry and Trends & Techniques.
