Abstract:
CA125 is a tumour marker usually associated with epithelial ovarian malignancy. A case history is reported of a patient with Ki-1 anaplastic large cell lymphoma associated with grossly elevated CA125 levels which reflected the clinical course of the disease. Expression of this tumour marker by lymphoma has not been previously described.
