[Health problems and structures in medical and psychosocial management of adolescents]

Physicians, teachers and psychologists were asked to evaluate adolescents' health situation and behaviour, as part of a research programme on health risks and the structures of medical and psychosocial health care services (Versorgungsstrukturanalyse--VORSA). This research programme is conducted by the North Rhine-Westphalian Consortium for Public Health at the University of Bielefeld. This paper presents selected findings: Different evaluations of adolescents' mental and social disturbances and their utilization of services are reported by physicians, teachers and psychologists.
