Abstract:
The Site Coordinator performs a critical role in the success of distance education in both continuing education and the RN/BSN program. As the local agent, the Site Coordinator is essential for the development of a relationship between the main campus and the distance site. These important people can ease, guide, support, and promote the ongoing development of self-directed learning skills--essential tools for professional lifelong learning.
