[The combined use of different antigens in immunoenzyme analysis for tuberculosis antibodies]

The technique of enzyme immunoassay with a lipid antigen and with two antigens in a single well has been developed. Blood sera of 75 patients with tuberculosis and 50 donors were analyzed. Use of a combined antigen was found to increase by 16% the sensitivity (antituberculosis antibody detection rate) of the enzyme immunoassay test system. Use of the suggested method will improve the diagnostic significance of the serologic test without increasing the number of analyses.
