Abstract:
A percutaneous bone-embracing external clavicular microfixer was developed by the authors. The anatomical and near-anatomical reduction rate amounted to 87.4% and the functional reduction rate 9.9%. It is safe and reliable as far as the principle of adhere to the bone tightly without being deep to the bone is obscured. At the same time, satisfactory positioning can also be achieved.
