    Background:

    • Meckel's diverticulum is a common congenital anomaly.
    • Multiple sacculations within a Meckel's diverticulum represent a rare pathological finding.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To report a case of multiple sacculations of a Meckel's diverticulum.
    • To review a recalled case with similar findings.
    • To investigate the etiology of muscular defects in these sacculations.

    • Histopathological examination of the diverticular wall.
    • Analysis of muscular layer integrity.
