Abstract:
We describe a case of T-cell acute lymphoblastic lymphoma/leukemia with trisomy 5 as the sole cytogenetic anomaly. This is only the second such case reported in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). A review of this rare abnormality and the associated clinical features is presented.
