Summary
Autoimmune vasculitis involves anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic autoantibodies (ANCA) targeting proteinase 3 or myeloperoxidase. Despite unclear causality, ANCA show potential roles in vascular lesion development and glomerulonephritis.
