Summary

This case study presents a rare instance of monocytoid lymphocytosis, a type of B-cell lymphoma, with an exclusively leukaemic onset in a 60-year-old woman. The patient showed improvement with alpha-2b interferon treatment but ultimately succumbed to a central nervous system hemorrhage.
