Summary
This study shows that low-level magnetic fields (MF) rapidly improved multiple sclerosis (MS) symptoms in one patient. Treatment also normalized abnormal evoked potential responses, suggesting a new non-drug approach for MS management.
Area of Science:
- Neurology
- Biophysics
Background:
- Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a chronic, progressive neurological disease.
- Current treatments for MS focus on managing symptoms and slowing progression.
