Summary

This study investigated oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes in sarcoma development. Researchers found c-myc amplification in eight sarcomas and TP53 mutations in five, but no tumors had both, suggesting these alterations do not co-occur in sarcoma tumorigenesis.
