Abstract:
Cavernous lymphangiomas of the thorax are extremely rare. We encountered an 11-year-old boy with such a disorder. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed numerous small rounded and tubular structures within the mediastinal mass; we believe these represent dilated lymphatic channels.
