Abstract:
Ovarian pregnancy is an uncommon complication of conception. We report the first case of an intact ovarian pregnancy diagnosed and treated with laparoscopy. With more extensive use of laparoscopy to evaluate abnormal quantitative beta-human chorionic gonadotropin values, intact ovarian pregnancy can be diagnosed and excision accomplished without open exploratory surgery or blood loss.
