  • Diagnosis and management pose significant clinical challenges.

Observation:

  • Two distinct cases of intraligamentary pregnancy were observed.
  • Case 1: An 18-week intrauterine pregnancy.
  • Case 2: A partial hydatidiform mole.

Findings:

  • Intraligamentary pregnancies, including those with partial hydatidiform moles, can present similarly to other ectopic gestations.
  • Clinical course and management strategies vary significantly based on the specific pathology.
  • This report details the first known case of intraligamentary pregnancy with a partial hydatidiform mole.
